SportsLog player logbook is an application designed to record training, competition, injury and nutritional data for players or athletes competing in sport. This application is free to download but requires a SportsLog user account prior to use. Currently the system has been designed for the sport of table tennis but can easily be altered for other sports.


Features include:

- Log training sessions - include session date, length, intensity, notes and more...
- Record nutritional information in an easy to use checkbox system - including a breakdown for each meal and snacks, or be more detailed where appropriate.
- Enter competition information - record match or tournament data, have your coach review it and feedback.
- Highlight injuries and illness - how long the recovery period is and what you are doing for rehab.
- Goal setting - record both short and long term goals*, review them over time and assess your development.
- Fully functional messaging system - includes inbox and sent messages, communicate with your coaches or fellow players.
- Produce reports on player progress** - highlighting strengths and weaknesses and alterations in training programmes.
- Record height, weight, sleep patterns and general health information.
- Allow your coaches access to review and feedback on your SportsLog entries.
- App ideal for player periodisation and programme planning.


*Please note that entering new goal setting logs is only accessible via the main SportsLog interface, the app allows review of each entry.
